  • Average house takes 1-2 weeks depending on size, complexity, and materials being used. Of course, weather is always a big factor. We wont put our guys on a ladder when it rains but at the same time were not afraid of a little cold.

  • This depends on the material being used. Vinyl is 20-40 years, fiber cement like James Hardie is 30-50, LP Smartside has a 50-year limited warranty. We can discuss this alongside your budget when you book an appointment.

  • Costs vary significantly by size of home, complexity, and materials. In general vinyl is cheaper per square, fiber cement and LP costs more in labor because it needs more precision in installation and requires painting.

  • In most situations, yes. Depending on conditions and materials, of course. For example, vinyl siding gets brittle and snaps in extreme cold. Our expertise in materials and installation techniques can help map a predictable timeline for project completion if you were to embark on a siding remodel in the winter.

  • No we’re not painters but in these instances we highly recommend Carmondy Painting!

  • This varies by town, but in most places yes — especially if you're doing a full tear-off. We are licensed and insured.
